International Airmail -10-14 days

International Airmail is a registered method of delivery that requires your signature when you receive a parcel. Delivery usually takes 10-14 days but may take longer during holiday times.. Shipping and handling charges are based on weight of the goods and are counted automatically at your shopping cart.
Russian postal service provides with tracking numbers that can be used only inside Russian postal system so there is no way to track the shipping out of Russia. On other hand tracking numbers come with parcels shipped via Express Mail Service.

If you find some faults in goods that you received or you feel that received not what you expected you can return items back within two weeks. You may get other things (the same or similar at your choice) or get your payment back. In any case you have to send us via e-mail a request with your wish to return goods.

If you want to exchange goods you have to inform us about it by e-mail and to reserved desired things. Then you need return received items by regular mail at your expenses . As soon as we receive that goods back we will send you reserved items.
